Return Conditions:
Your product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. All accessories must be included. Proof of purchase must be provided. Return shipping fees will not be refunded. Items that have been used will not be accepted for a refund. Please submit a return request with a valid reason. If your request is accepted, you will receive return instructions via email.
Warranty:
The E-Z UP warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or natural accidents.
