Accepted Artwork Applications and Requirements:

Adobe Illustrator CS6 (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) - MUST convert all fonts and stroke-weights to outline. Artwork should be supplied in vector format. ALL RASTER objects in artwork must be appropriate resolution. If not, it may require artwork changes and additional charges.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 (PSD, PSB, TIF, JPG) - MUST rasterize your fonts and save files as .psd (if you have layers or need transparency). Image resolution should be at 150 dpi at 100% actual size artwork is to be printed or 300 dpi at 50% the actual printed size.

Definitely not. We've got qualified support staff to help you through the design process from start to finish.

Yes! We require vector files so we can scale your art to a visible size without losing resolution. Vector files typically have a file extension ending in .eps, .svg, .ai, or in some cases, .pdf.

Not to worry! We're here to help with that too. We have the resources to convert any file to the appropriate format for custom printing (free of charge in most cases). We'll even provide you with a copy your shiny new vector art to keep on hand for future projects!

Yes! Our print capabilities can produce output resolutions that will support stunning and vibrant photo-quality graphics. The customer is responsible providing the high-resolution images required for this type of design though. Talk to your customer support representative for more information.

We can generate text art quickly and easily, but some creative input can go a long way. Please be ready to supply any specific fonts, colours, or information that you would like included in your design during your consultation.

Your customer service representative handling your order will provide you with a design proof for your approval prior to final order confirmation. This applies to online custom orders as well.

We provide unlimited proofs and revisions, absolutely free.

E-Z UP® custom production uses the Pantone® Colour System for Graphic Design. If you can provide a compatible PMS reference number we guarantee that we'll match your brand identity!

Unfortunately, no. Our process does not allow for any kind of metallic printing.

Absolutely! These documents help our design team as they contain all of the typography and colour information, as well permitted logo usage restrictions associated with your brand.

Standard delivery on custom products Canada-wide can be expected 3-4 weeks from order confirmation, however, we offer rush production services that allow us to provide delivery in as little as 3 business days in some circumstances! Additional charges apply, talk to your sales representative for more information.

  • All fonts and strokes need to be converted to outlines.
  • Minimum stroke weight is 3pt. Minimum font height is 1/8”.
  • Digital artwork will be output as CMYK. However, any colors that need to match a specified color need to be called out as a Pantone solid coated number.
  • Raster images and effects will be printed in CMYK.
  • Remove any overprint or transparency effects.
  • RGB-colored art needs to be converted to CMYK prior to submission.
  • All linked files need to be embedded.
  • Half-toned colors will be output at 20 LPI (lines per inch for silkscreen production).
  • For digital printing, black colors need to be changed to the CMYK value 0,0,0,100
  • Artwork should be sharp, clean, smooth and free of jagged lines/shapes.
