The E-Z UP® warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidents of natural origin.
If you have received your E-Z UP® purchase and it has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, please call us immediately.

Returning Items

Before returning any part or product to E-Z UP or its designated representative, please contact us for specific return shipping instructions.

You may return your purchase to E-Z UP by mail, whether you purchased it at ezupqc.ca or by phone.

Please retain all product packaging until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Please return the product and all packaging together.

Sending your return

Please include your name, email address, proof of purchase, and your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, packing slip, order confirmation, etc. If you don't have proof of purchase, you're out of luck, we can help. Please contact us at 800-45-SHADE.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds on any item that has been opened. If your product is opened, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. Also, we do not cover the shipping costs for the return of the item.
